So for a while now I have just been feeling so
crap about myself and I have just decided enough’s a enough I need to change. My current diet consists of junk food and McDonalds and its gotten to a point
now where a wake up every day and just feel icky to say the least. I have been researching
a lot more about healthy eating and the absolute crap that is in all the processed
food that I eat and I want to stop that and cut out some of these foods so i van feel better everyday about myself which is.....

Dairy Products
·
Meat
·
Gluten
·
Refined Sugars
But here is the thing I know
myself and I'm 100% sure if I woke up tomorrow and tried to do this I would completely
fail. So my idea is I'm going to slowly
cut out these foods one by one so I can hopefully be more successful in having this
diet in the long run. I'm mainly hoping by documenting my journey it will
first of all help me to be more motivated in what I am doing and hopefully help
anyone who is wanting to make this change aswell , so maybe in a year’s time I can feel
and look more happy and full of 10x more energy than what I have now. So wish me Luck as I may need it.
